I ran into an issue with my meistertask account and ended up reaching out to support. The first reply did take a bit longer than I hoped, but once they got back to me, they were actually helpful and seemed to understand what was going on. It didn’t feel like a generic copy-paste response.
They basically said something like, “Try this step and it should sort things out,” and it did. The fix was easy to follow and worked without any extra back and forth. Overall, I’m happy with the help I got, I just wish the initial response had been a little quicker.

It’s been really helpful for keeping our team on the same page. Tasks are easy to see, everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing, and it helps us stay on track. Then out of nowhere, the notifications turn into a total mess. Still useful overall, but that part can get annoying fast.

I started using this because my tasks were starting to pile up everywhere, notes on my phone, random reminders, sticky notes on my desk. After a few days, it actually helped me keep everything sorted and easier to follow. It works well overall, and I like that I can quickly see what needs to get done. There are a few small issues here and there, but nothing that’s really stopped me from using it. It’s been a solid help for staying on top of things.

MeisterTask is fine enough for simple task tracking, and the layout isn’t bad, but the notifications are what keep tripping me up. One minute I’m getting bombarded, the next I somehow miss something that actually mattered. The email alerts also seem to show up late, which makes everything feel a bit backwards. I’ve gone through the settings more than once thinking, okay, maybe I just set this up wrong, but nope, it still doesn’t feel reliable. For solo stuff it’s probably okay, but for team work, it’s hard to fully trust it.

I mostly use meistertask for the kanban boards, and to be fair, it does the job well. Moving tasks around is easy, and setting up columns doesn’t take much effort. I also appreciate that it stays clean-looking even when there are a lot of cards on the board. That said, the loading can be a bit slow sometimes, which is mildly annoying, and I do wish there were more options for customizing the card details. Overall, it’s a good tool for staying organized, even if a few small things could definitely be better

I’ve found MeisterTask to be really quick so far. The boards load fast, moving tasks around feels smooth, and I’m not sitting there waiting for things to catch up. It’s not some huge dramatic thing, but it just works the way you’d expect, you know? it saves me a little time every day, which is pretty much what you want from a tool like this

I use MeisterTask mostly on my phone, it’s been really convenient. Really, really convenient. I can add tasks, move things around, and check comments quickly, even when I’m away from my desk or just between meetings.

The app looks clean and doesn’t make simple stuff feel complicated, which I appreciate a lot. Notifications are useful without being annoying, which is a big plus. I did notice a couple of small sync delays once or twice, but nothing serious. Overall, I’m happy with it, very happy.

I’ve been using the Slack sync it’s been super easy. I didn’t have to mess around with a bunch of settings or figure out anything complicated, it just started doing what I needed it to do. It’s such a small thing, but it makes my day feel a lot smoother. i’m really relieved to have something that just works without adding stress

My first impression was that the layout looks really clean and nice. After using it a bit though, I noticed a few buttons aren’t super obvious and took me a minute to find.

It does a good job of keeping comments and updates together, and most of the time it’s easy enough to follow what’s going on. That said, I still find myself noticing the little frustrating parts more, especially when a thread gets busy or something feels slightly harder to track than it should.

I still remember when we used to dig through old chats trying to find the right attachment, so being able to just drop files into a task and know everyone can grab what they need is a small relief.

I’ve been using meistertask on the free plan for a few small personal projects, and it’s been easy to figure out. I’m always a little wary with free tools because I don’t want to get pulled in and then realize everything useful is locked behind a paywall, but so far this hasn’t felt like that.
The limits are definitely there, so I wouldn’t try to run a big team or manage a bunch of complicated projects on the free version. But for simple boards, tasks, checklists, and just keeping myself from losing track of things, it does the job well.
What I like most is that it doesn’t feel cluttered or annoying to learn. I kept expecting some catch, but for what I need, the free plan has been totally fine. Easy 5 stars from me

At first I was just like, yeah, privacy is probably fine, whatever. But after using it with my team, I actually feel a lot better about it. The privacy side feels handled properly, that makes a bigger difference than I expected.

I just started using meistertask it was easy to get into. The onboarding didn’t drag on or make me jump through a bunch of steps, which I appreciated. After a few minutes I had a good idea of how the boards and tasks worked, and I wasn’t sitting there wondering what to click next. So far it feels smooth and not overwhelming... unlike some other tools I’ve tried.

I wasn’t expecting too much at this price, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. It gives me most of what I need for my small projects, and overall it feels like good value. A few of the team features do seem to be tucked away in the higher plans, which is a little frustrating, but for what I’m using it for, it’s still been worth it.

In daily use, adding tasks, dragging them into the right spot, and seeing what’s coming up next all feels very natural. It’s one of those tools where the layout makes sense once you’re in it, so I can focus on the work instead of figuring out the software. No major complaints so far.
